Getting Ready for the Shows

24 March 2021

So the truck has been starting pretty consistently, and I am very thankful for that.

The brake pedal (bar) has been sticking and every time I went to park it in the garage the brake light would be on - and I would have to lift the brake pedal up to get it unstuck.  So I thought that would be an easy fix - and it was.

Take the cotter pin out by the brake pedal - unbolt the other end, sand down the rusty part and grease it, then put it back together - easy fix that took about 45 minutes.  Now the pedal doesn't stay down and the brake light is off.
