Where There is Smoke - Yeah - it's true.

There is Fire

Felt pretty good with the truck - all rebuilt or new parts, all wires checked for loose connections, starting up on a regular basis, made it around the development 3 times without breaking down for the Memorial Day Parade.  Okay so we had to push it into the garage once the parade was over, but overall, all seems(ed) good.
Bad News = after the parade we had to push it in the garage because for some reason the push button starter button would not work.
Bad News - after charging the battery for 24 hours - still nothing when pressing on the starter button.
Good News - I went for it with the hand crank - 3/4 turn and it fired right up. - Way too cool.
Good News - fired it up again with the hand crank.
Good News - Push button started working.

Let's take a ride to church and back - no problem.
Let it sit outside of the garage to cool down before I drove it in the garage for the day.

Well, yeah, where there is smoke = there is fire.

Time to fire it up and drive it in the garage.
Put the switch in Ignition and push the starter button  = Smoke.
Time to get the fire extinguisher.
More Smoke at the starter button = a squirt of the fire extinguisher.
FIRE = More squirts of the fire extinguisher.
More Fire = More squirts of the fire extinguisher.
More Fire = time to disconnect the battery.
Disconnect battery = No more smoke and no more fire.
