1927 Chevrolet Truck and Miss Maple

This is all this little girl did for the next day or so. Thankfully mommy had off all the next week to be with her.   I think she was just so worn out from all the fun she had with the kids and Remy VanWie. Well she only had a few days to rest, as we hooked up and went to Batlleground Campground in Lake George on Wednesday night of that week to go and see the King - Elvis.

So we stated off the 2019 Camping Season with Miss Maple on the 24th of May - Memorial Day Weekend - by heading to Scaroon Manor Campground with 4 other families from Church.    This is the 2nd year as a group we went camping and on Sunday we opened up the invite to anyone after church for a picnic. It was a great turnout - I counted 34 people in all that were there - next year we are shooting for 50.  The good news is no Emergency Room visits for Miss Maple - Good Girl.   I think this is her favorite part of camping - other than digging holes everywhere.

I give credit for the completion of the sanding, staining and the application of the urethane mostly to my Wife. Thanks for giving me the time to complete this project.  In my next post, I give thanks to my helper in the final day of sanding this truck bed, if it wasn't for my little helper, I would probably still be working on it today.   Stand by for that video..... 

Hard work go by faster with some good help. Thanks to my Helper.  Job well done. Look who I picked up on the side of the road while they were out with a walk with Grandma.
